Our girl Hazel is in the running for Transsexual Performer of the Year at the 2010 AVN Awards this year so fingers crossed please! In the other two Transsexual categories, ‘Best Transsexual Series’ and ‘Best Transsexual Release,’ Hazel also has had a hand in the nominated, ‘Buddy Wood’s…’ series by Grooby Productions, and of course, ‘Buddy Wood’s: Hazel Does Hollywood,’ also by Grooby Productions. So, the possibility exists that Hazel could be in for a clean sweep fo the 2010 AVN Transsexual categories… wouldn’t that just be the icing on the cake!

Of course, we wish the best to all the nominees this year but I hope Hazel / Grooby Productions walks away with at least one of the category awards… ALSO… TODAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR NOMINATIONS FOR THE 2009 TRANNY AWARDS.

I’ve got BIG (as in BIG) news for all you Hazel Tucker Fans and Admirers out there… I don’t want to make any promises but I’ve got it on good authority that a certain Shemale Star’s Website will be launched sometime this week… Stay tuned right here for an official announcement…

A few posts ago we reported on Hazel Tucker winning the 2008 Tranny Award for “Grooby New Face.” Well, here are a few pictures from the award ceremony which was a low-key affair. Hazel Tucker appeared to accept the Award in a creme colored dress and sporting blue nail polish. I love these shots of Hazel giving some crazy faces for the camera! There’s nothing better than a Shemale with a sense of humor… this last picture makes me wish I was a Tranny Award!

In 4th Quarter 2008, Shemale porn producers, Grooby Productions, announced the formation of, “The Tranny Awards,” whose purpose it was to bring recognition to the oftentimes little recognized Transsexual models and stars that make up the Shemale Adult Industry. Although in its infancy, the Tranny Awards were a big success and definitely one of the conduits that spring-boarded Hazel Tucker to Internet stardom.

Who is Hazel Tucker? She’s only the totally cutest Shemale to burst onto the scene  in July 2008 with an awesome shoot on ShemaleYum by Buddy Wood.  Hazel had originally contacted Buddy through the website about doing some work while she lived in Massachusetts, but he didn’t believe that she was a Tranny until he got her on webcam and was smitten by her natural good looks and ease in front of the camera.  Grooby Productions flew Hazel down to Los Angeles for a series of photoshoots and videos.  She has since appeared in 8 amazing shoots on ShemaleYum, including special Xmas and Easter shoots and her first hardcore shoot with big cocked Christian!
